[Plugin: ReciPress] Suggestion: Ingredient subheadings

Under ingredients, have an option to add subheadings. For instance I often break up my ingredients into groups. For instance, for a cake recipe I might have “for cake”, “for filling”, “for frosting” as three groups, which lets me say “add all the frosting ingredients into the bowl and mix” instead of listing each ingredient out.
