• Hi everyone,

We have been using MM Forms Pro and it was good until it became free. And since it became free it only works fine up to wordpress 3.2.1.. Well, the problem with the MM Forms in wordpress 3.3.1 is that it does not redirect upon success. Anyone has the same problem and or has a solution?

Also, I am not sure if this plugin will be updated anytime soon and I don’t think I can wait that long. So if anyone has any suggestion for an alternative plugin that works just like mm forms pro, please share them here.

    Thanks

  • Motionmill, the company that had taken over the product, might be out of business. The link on their site to Google Code is broken, and searching Google Code for mm-forms returns the same set of broken links. So not only will there be no updates from Motionmill, it looks like the community in general won’t be able to keep up the code.

I have the plugin last updated in March 2011 and can post it somewhere if anyone wants. But I won’t be maintaining it.

I think I will have to change the plugin. This might take some time, oh well. I will be using Contact Form 7. They work the same, but of course MM forms I guess has a better “look and feel.” Anyway, thanks for your help.

I have an extensively customized copy that irons out a look of the bugs, it looked like the code was being released as open source on google code and I was hoping to help with the project but it disappeared so I’m not sure what the status of it is.

Does anyone have a working version that allows conditional display of form data? I simply want to display the form data of the current user but the conditions entered on the front end do not show up in the tinyMCE editor and putting them in manually simply suppresses all output except for the column headers. Unfortunately, I am not good enough with PHP and mySQL to debug these errors.

I have taken over the management of the plugin code. Due to lack of time the progress is very slow. If you want to help out. Make a pull request to the public repository at GitHub: https://github.com/ZetaTwo/MM-Forms-Pro

Great I was going to if no-one else did, I have my own fork with a lot of changes and bug fixes. I’ll try and add some when i get time.

    Great!
Correction, the repository is now located at: https://github.com/ZetaTwo/mm-forms-community as a part of getting the names consistent.

Also, when making pull requests. It would be really nice if you could separate different bugs/fixes into different pull requests since I have made a lot of modifications myself and it will be easier to merge that way.
