How to view comments only - separate page for each post? (2 posts)

Is it possible to configure WP so each time I write a post it is the only thing that will ever be on that page - except for comments?

What I am trying to do is create a News and Commentary site where on one page there is a link to the story, and underneath that link is a link to comment on that story, and that takes you to the blog - which shows the title of the article for the post, and has all the comments underneath. So, there could be dozens of storys selected, and each one would be a separate post - but each post must have it's own page.

If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great. I know this was a long post....

Here is a site that does what I am looking to do:

    http://www.mensnewsdaily.com/

Notice how there are two links on the "Front Page" - one for the article and one for comments. They are using WP for sure... any ideas how to replicate this?

    Thanks!

In the nicest possible way, I think that website succs, as there is too much text on the front page.

However to get a site like that, I'd suggest you read up on how to create your own theme, and have a good luck through all the plugins you could possibly use to save your time.

It sounds like an extensive modification, so maybe you could ask the webmaster of that site if you could get a copy of their theme with or without involving payment.
