Fast Secure Contact Form and a Russian Captcha

    Hi,

    I am creating a multilingual website which is going well. The Fast secure contact form is brilliant in how it handles different languages and allows the use of the quicktags that work with qtranslate.

    The only problem I’m having is with the Russian part of the website. Does anyone know if the captcha code will display Russian characters when viewed in a native speakers browser set for Russian? I’m not sure how I would test this, as I have tried setting a browser’s default language to Russian but the captcha code still displays with ‘English’ characters. I’m not convinced that my tests are true however as perhaps having a Russian version of a browser may produce different results.

    The charset for the captcha is programmed into the securimage_show.php file in 3 places:
    ‘ABCDEFHKLMNPRSTUVWYZ234578’
    Even if you make changes, I am not sure if non english characters will work.

    I think I may use a different form for the Russian page and not have the CAPTCHA on there at all for now. Until I have time to look into it further.
