Strange Homepage Problem

My site is http://www.navynukejobfinder.com

My site used to have a static home page, but when I switched themes I deleted the home page and now use the blog as the home page. When I had a static home page and I pasted my website url into a facebook post the meta title that I entered for my site and the meta description would show up along with a thumbnail of my site logo. Now that my homepage is the blog, I can’t control what shows up in a teaser when I post to facebook. For some reason, when I post http://www.navynukejobfinder.com to facebook it show my second to last blog post title and the first paragraph of that post is the meta description.

Does anyone know how I can make my meta title, meta description and thumbnail show up in a facebook post instead of my 2nd blog post, when I paste http://www.navynukejobfinder.com onto facebook?

I know that’s a strange question but I didn’t know how else to ask it.
