Hi Joss
This has something to do how your media wiki is configured. Try a different media wiki such as wikipedia or http://wiki.ubc.ca for example just to see if it works for you.
Cheers
OK. Thanks. How should the MediaWiki be configured? Can you point me to any information?
It has to do with the image path…
The images have a relative url. The wiki has to be configured to use absolute image urls… If you look at the source code it should be more clear. http://help.blogs.lincoln.ac.uk/2010/09/22/creating-custom-menus/
I think its ‘$wgScriptPath’ variable that you have to set
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgScriptPath
Here is another link

Hope that helps. We are also developing a bunch of wordpress resources that you could try to embed.

I would also appreciate some guidance on setting mediawiki to use absolute image urls so that images will work with this plugin.
Thanks in advance,
i am with mpaskevi. i would like to understand how to configure a fresh mediawiki install to show images. trying to figure out from links above, but not sure what information to change on $wgScriptPath, etc. I did use http://shorturls.redwerks.org/ to reconstruct my url’s to point to the page locations. It seems to work for the pages, but not the images. Any help would be great.
mahalo.
