ADD NEW PLUGIN – Doesn't work in subdomain ??

    Hi,
    I defined my wordpress website to be Multisite.
    Since then, the ADD NEW PLUGIN button has disappeared from main-domain as well as from sub-domain dashboards.
    It does shows up in Network-dashboard but I want to let my customer to add plugins for himself.
    Do you know what it’s all about?
