Change order of Posts and Front Images

    Hi
    I am trying to re-order our project listings (posts) so they appear in a specified order on the home page and not in most recently added order. Does anyone have an idea on this?

    Also, can you specify which image you want to use as the thumbnail/first image you see on the introduction to the post.
