[Plugin: AddThis] Fix: Admin Option Patch

After upgrading to the latest version, the admin page was not working correctly for me. On the ‘Basic’ panel, I was getting seeing odd behaviors after selecting ‘more options’. ‘Build your own’ would display at first, but after selecting it, the sub options would disappear.

Perhaps this was a problem with upgrading. We exclusively use the widget directly in our themes. I rolled a patch which not only fixes the problem, but greatly simplifies the javascript used to control the basic panel options.
