Not an expert, but this just looks like a theme with a video widget for the sidebar, and then they’ve used whos amung us for the additional bar a the bottom – you can get the code for that widget from the site it takes you to quite easily, and then pop it into your footer.
They’ve created a custom menu which is quite easy, and the merry christmas and logo are just pasted onto a static background.
The Help Section is a Category – so fills in with blog posts, as is the main content. The rest of the sections appear to be pages, and the chat room is an IFRAME with a html in it – again, you can click on it and get the code quite easily.
