Wrong Comments on Wrong Posts

    Hi there I am using wordpress 2 I’ve had a look all around the WordPress Support but can’t find any solution to this:

    I can write comments fine and they are fine in the admin.

    But when I view each post the same 2 comments appear on every post regardless of whether there are different posts or no posts at all.

    Can anyone help me with this?

    I have been playing with the comments a fair bit but even when I replace comments.php with the default/install version the same error occurs.

    Is this a test blog? (since it is not linked to your name). If yes, I’d erase everything and do a clean, new install.

    yes this is a test blog on my local server. is there anyway around re-installing as I have modified everything excatly how i wanted it and it has taken me quite a while?

    ok i went to php myadmin and deleted all of my posts and now everything seems to be in order and working ok.

    I have made 4 comments and all seems to be well…weird.
