[Plugin: WP-Polls] Add a text box for "other suggestions"

I want to add a text box called “Other suggestions” to the bottom of my poll. Is this possible? I have also thought of adding a short form to the page, but I’d prefer comments to be incorporated in the poll results if it can be done. It’s not important that the results should be visible to people who take part in the poll.
