• I have a whole bunch of revisions in my wp_posts table that aren’t saved as the revision post type, but are rather saved as their actual post type (post, page, etc), with post_status of ‘inherit’. They are definitely revisions, though, as evidenced by their slugs (e.g., 1292-revision-3, etc).

Normal behavior for WP is to save revisions with post_type of revision. I am trying to figure out why this would be happening and thought I’d ask if this sounded familiar or possibly EditFlow-related, as EditFlow is one of just a few plugins I use that I could imagine affecting revisions, even inadvertently. I have been using 0.6.4 for ≈4 months.

If by some chance this sounds familiar, I’d be very grateful to hear.
    Thanks for a wonderful plugin!

(This came up because it’s causing problematic behavior elsewhere, such as revisions showing up publicly in the Relevanssi search plugin.)

Hey there, Edit Flow shouldn’t touch revisions at all… does this issue persist when you deactivate all of your other plugins? Can you try setting up a sandbox and narrow down the situations in which the problem occurs?
