[Plugin: Intuitive Category Checklist] Seems to not work in BULK edit panel

Thanks for this great plugin.
On WP3.3 it seems to not work in the BULK edit panel. The categories start out not expanded, and clicking the + does not work… so I can’t expand them.

It’s possible there’s a conflict with another plugin. Before I start fiddling around with them all, has this problem been reported before?
