Let me see if i can explain what i’m searching for.

I’m building a Internet Marketing School/system.

I need to build a wordpress standard E-mail capture pages for my students/members, like https://www.mywebsite.com/join.php?id= where in the back-office the member can export the contacts captured.

What kind of plugin/software do that?
