[Theme: Mystique] Redirection to New Window cannot work.

    I tried a redirect plugin to create navigation tabs with new redirection 302 to different website with the option New Window, but this theme does not allow this command to open a new window or tab on the screen, instead it keeps open the new webpage in the same window or tab.
    Any other theme I tried the redirection plugin works fine except this one. Where is the restriction that does not allow the navigation tabs to open new window?
