    Why am I getting the following error on top of site http://www.qualitygurus.com

    Just a guess, but have you got a guestbook plugin in WP or as part of your hosting package??

    Yes
    It is Advanced Guestbook 2.3.1
    But i am not clear how is it linked to WordPress

    Nor would we, as it’s not a WordPress issue. Someone maybe will chime in regardless.
    I suggest contacting your host, however, generally, they’ll say they don’t support 3rd party scripts. But it’s worth a shot.
