• Hi, I’m currently writing documentation for my work on how to use the WordPress-enabled site that I’ve built for them.

I’ve got to the section on writing WordPress Pages, and I’ve noticed that in the right-hand side options a few are still named “Post” rather than “Page”, e.g. “Post slug” and “Post author”.

I simply thought that might be confusing for some users, what with the contrast in understanding the difference between Posts and Pages.

In WordPress 1.5 these were called “Page slug” and “Page owner”. Have these simply fallen through the net in version 2.0 or is there another reason?

    Thanks

    Gareth
