Need wordpress Wish list plugin!!!

Hi

is there any plugin for wordpress where we can enabled the wish list features like mentioned below:

1) The wish list feature is for parents and other browsers of the website. (not businesses)
2) Users will have the option to sign up for a free account which allows them to browse the directory and add products to their wishlist.
3) This wishlist will be stored under their my account tab.
4) Users can send their ‘wishlist’ or single products to a friend.
