WordPress Failure Notice

    Hello,

    I keep getting a WordPress Failure Notice when trying to log out of my site. It asks if i really want to logout, so I click to logout. It sends me to log in screen, with a link to go to back to website. I click to go back to website, and it shows me as logged in. I can’t log out. Please help!!! same thing happens when I test with subscriber login/logouts.

    P.S. I’ve deactivated all plugins and still have the issue. I’ve changed to twenty eleven theme and still get issue.
