Hacked – Hidden keywords and links on every page and post of my site.

I am having a HUGE problem with keyword spam and links on my site http://thenewportbuzz.com and I don’t know how to get rid of them.

Virtually every page and post on my site is infected.

They are invisible to my readers but are seen by Google bots and now my site is barely visible on Google

How can I stop this and how can I clean it up?
