Looking for a variety of plugins

I need the following plugins. If anyone knows of good ones for the following tasks I would greatly appreciate it.

Image Light box: When a user clicks on the image it comes up in window instead of redirecting your browser.

Form plugin: I have a gallery of artists so lots of differnt users. Each user needs to have there own contact form, it would be awesome if they could put it with each post they make, but they need to be able to add it onto their bio page. So, a contact form that can be customized by each user.

Hyperlink the post title. I used to have the nifty plugin on my personal site that did this, but I cannot find it and I have tried looking everywhere.

Thank you all for your time. You are helping out a website that will allow people who are disabled from mental illness showcase their art and hopefully make a little money, so it is a good thing.
