Plugin Issues After Upgrade to 3.3

Hey all,
I thank you in advance for taking a moment to help me out. I upgraded to WordPress 3.3 a couple of days ago and ever since I have been getting the dreaded blank screen after activation of certain plugins, Buddypress and bbpress specifically.

I have gone to great measures to combat this issue myself, but I fear it is out of my league. I have deactivated all plugins one-by-one to check for compatibility issues with no luck. I have even gone as far as uninstalling WordPress entirely through my hosting server and started with a fresh new install and still I get the blank screen when using either of these two plugins.

Is anybody else having issues like this?
