Integreating WP into a table

    Currently I am wondering about using wordpress for documenting my website’s updates. As of now, on the main page, in the left column of the table is where my news appears. Is there anyway word press can be used for just that section of that table?

    Of course, you would need to create a theme for WordPress really – but you could just be dirty and stick it in there :S

    How would I “just be dirty and stick it in there”?

    In addition, the navigation bar is an image map. Can I do that with wordpress?

    You can create theme anyway that you want. It can have image maps and all that jazz. Just take yout current template and plugin in the wordpress variables where you see fit.
