[Plugin: User Role Editor] Editor unable to change Author to Admins

    Hi. I have a test user assigned as Editor, and they are unable to change Author on posts to an Author who is Administrator (other Editors are listed, but not Admins).

    Editor has the following capabilities:
    add_users
    create_users
    edit_others_posts
    edit_others_pages
    edit_pages
    edit_posts
    edit_private_pages
    edit_private_posts
    edit_users
    list_users
    publish_pages
    publish_posts

    Do I need to also add one of these?
    edit_usergroups
    promote_users

    URE plugin excludes Administrator role from the roles list for all non-admin users. Otherwise critical security issues are possible.
    You can deactivate URE temporaly if you have not non-admin users with edit_users capability, or take authorship on such posts as admin yourself.
