Add Media button sends screen grey in 3.3

Hi

We recently upgraded a blog to 3.3 and now when we click on the Add Media button the entire screen goes grey like it’s trying to open a lightbox but nothing happens, you can click anywhere in the grey to remove it but can’t upload anything.

We tried disabling every single plugin and the problem persisted.
