ie 8 and android browser are ignoring childtheme template

Hello all,

When i test my childtheme on ie8 or android browser, both ignores my css- child theme and original theme(twenty eleven)(renders page with no css at all). I really dont know where is problem. When i switch to twenty eleven itself everything renders perfectly. http://www.evenmoreclouds.eu
Then I tested my previos realizations and none of theme has same problem.
Any ideas?
