  • What Theme are you using?

    I’m using graphene

It appears that all the custom link menu items that are parents to other menu items are given the current-menu-item class (and others like current_page_item) by WordPress. This occurs when using the default TwentyEleven theme as well, so it’s probably not a theme issue. I’ve also tried deactivating all plugins and the same problem occurs.

Also, it happens on some WordPress sites but not others, even when installed on the same server (but PHP configs between the sites may differ).

If anyone figures out that it is a Graphene theme issue, let me know and I’ll be happy to fix it.

Edit: I found another topic with the same issue but using different theme here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/multiple-current_menu_item-on-home-page-after-upgrade-to-wordpress-33

Don’t know if there’s a merge topic function?
