• I just upgraded to 3.3 and now cannot access my dashboard. My website appears to be working just fine, but I can’t see my dashboard. I don’t get an error message – just a completely white/blank page.

    Any advice?

  • That sounds like a PHP error. Have you checked your error logs? Have you disabled all of your plugins?

Remove all plugins using FTP, and then try accessing your dashboard. If it works then add one plugin at a time and see if everything works well.

I have no idea how to do that if I don’t have access to my dashboard (I’m just a beginner).

Can someone please let me know if they’d be willing to do this for me if I pay them?

    Hi,

To access plugins folder you don’t need web access.
How did you upload files? I am sure your host would have provided you FTP access. You can use any ftp software like CuteFTP, FireFTP, FileZilla, etc. and then simply change the name of the plugins folder.

The plugins folder would be inside the “wp-content” folder.

Figured it out! It was that stupid PopUp Domination. That’s an obnoxious plugin I never used anyway — deleted! 🙂

    Thanks everyone!
