• Just installed this plugin, which generally works, except that the messages we create are just not saved, so they don’t show up in the history. Messages coming in from a contact form do work.

Also the calendar text runs over the calendar bounding box by a long way, on the messages/history window.

  • Same exact problem here. (Using WP 3.2)

    Please, wait for new release.

Denys, any update on when thsi will be fixed please. We cant add customer contact from phone calls into the system from the back end.

These issues are fixed. Charlesalder, can you, please, explain what problems do you have? Or use our support forum.

    Denys

When I sign into wp with admin and password, then access wp-crm I am unable to add messages.

If I sign in with any other administrator username and password I can add and save messages.

I added this to your forum site as well

contact form is giving error in the message field. If I don’t use ‘Enter’ key in the message box, there is success in sending the message else it gives error as:

“A server error occurred while trying to process the form”

how can we solve this problem? Please update.

Please, try to systematically disable other plugins to make sure that they didn’t cause that issue.
