Searching for a plugin to backup and restore

I’ve tried several, xcloner, pressbackup and wordpress-move. All of these three either don’t work or, in the case of xcloner, are so complicated to set up and poorly documented for the novice user that they are useless.

I’m not slamming the creators here because I recognize that my own inexperience is contributing to the failures, but then so is the poor documentation.

Bottom line, can anyone recommend a WordPress site backup and restore plugin or process that works?
