Are there any restrictions beyond the GPL in the use of Wordpress for commercial purposes?
As an ad agency are we at liberty to set up blogs as part of our business practices using Wordpress on the same terms as personal usage? Is there a contractual agreement that we are obliged to enter in to in to use the product for financial gain?

As long as you're using it legally...
No, there's none.

Yes. There are no restrictions here.
