Getting Fatal error when installing theme

    I just installed the WP. Got Twenty Ten working fine. Tried installing the Recipy 1.0 theme by SkinPress.com. Get this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function check_header() in /home/harvestn/public_html/wp-content/themes/Recipy/header.php on line 31

    Line 31 is the first line in Main Menu:
    31 <?php wp_head();check_header(); ?>

    Have reinstalled wordpress twice. Don’t know what the problem is.

    Any help would be appreciated.
