Need help designing a custom wordpress theme

As the subject of this post suggests, I need help with a “custom” wordpress theme. The theme needs to mimic the appearance of my existing website. I am a student and hence on a tight budget but I am willing to monetarily compensate the person that I get help from with this wordpress theme.
