• Ok I changed the upload directory for my sub site to a new folder like this: wp-content/blogs.dir/files/fml and saved. Then I created a new folder on my server within the files directory called: fml and put all my featured images into it. But now the issue is that when I refreshed my sites, I get broken images because they are still not referencing the new path even though I saved it.
    Any advice?

It didn’t change your existing posts. You’d have to go back and search/replace your database for all instances of … well here’s the hard part.

See WordPress Multisite saves your images in /blogs.dir/#/files/2011 etc etc.

But it makes the URLs http://domain.com/files/2011/etc

So you have to fix all the URLs from files/2011 to wp-content/blogs.dir/files/fml
