How to manage BBPress

I would like to install BBPress on a WordPress site I’m making. I want the website to be somewhat of a hybrid media site, some static pages, a blog, and and interactive forum.
I know how to create the WordPress site, and the static pages. I’m confused on how to make the BBPress plugin work on it’s own page(accessible from the menu titled as forum). I also would like to link the login for both forums, and the comment (blog) together.

My only other question is that is there any universal theme that works with both BBPress and WordPress?
