This may be something with the themes mentioned:
Tried this plugin using Twenty Ten, and NomNom (Twenty Eleven child theme).

Verifies API, Social site connections etc.

Does not show connect icons on Comments forms, login or register forms, only the text “Connect With:

Something strange because it did work briefly.
Have also tried to add the hook manually with no result
Version 1.4 and 1.5 tested today.

Have switched to another plugin in the meantime.

Hi Mike, to increase the security of the plugin, it will only work with domains that have been whitelisted.

Please login to your oneall account, click on Site Configuration, select your site and then Security Settings.

The domain of you blog must be in this list, otherwise it will not work.

Feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

I have been able to find your account.

    You whitelisted: http://www.tech.graphicline.co.za
Your blog is however at: tech.graphicline.co.za (no www)

I whitelisted tech.graphicline.co.za, the buttons should now be displayed.
