wordpress error's on website..

hello in need of some desperate help, today earlier i was editing my mate’s website, and all of a sudden it has not let me get onto http://www.ryanmwhite.co.uk/wp/wp-admin it keeps coming up with config file setup, i do not know how to do this neither does he.. here is a picture of what the FTP folder looks like, is this right?
