[Plugin: Multiple Post Thumbnails] Add specific number of featured images for each post

Instead of having 10 featured images, does anyone know how to add featured images on the go e.g. “CLICK HERE TO ADD FEATURED IMAGE”, so that you could have 3 for one post, and 6 for another?
