   Since a couple of day I have apparently lost the ability to download and link to an image while posting.
   Do I recall this correctly or am I wrong?
   I still can upload an image and manually link to it but I am missing this handy feature that was available simply clicking on a button while editing/posting a blog.
   Any ideas as to what happened?

   I am missing that too. I'm pretty sure it was there in 1.0.2 release. You could just click a link down your post page to upload an image and insert the code into your post.

   In 1.2, the option to Upload is one of the main menu selections across the top of the screen.
   On uploading, you can copy and paste the code provided into your post.
