SimpleCode for WordPress is a horribly simple plugin for WordPress. It has been successfully tested on versions 1.5.3 and 2.0.2

The plugin takes ordinary markup, and processes it for use within code examples.

SimpleCode for WordPress was inspired by Dan Cederholm’s Simplecode script available on simplebits.com

I got tired of having to go to an external page, and decided it would be nicer to have something similar one click away, so I put this together.

Information and download link is here.

thanks! it really wasnt that hard once I figured out how the admin area handles form submissions. if anything, it was a lesson well learned for me. Hope someone else finds it as useful as I do.

welp, I went ahead with the change.

I noticed that line breaks were no longer being applied, so I made one small change to both the 2.0.x and the 2.1.x version to rectify that.

    Permalink/Download page unchanged.
