[Theme: Technical Speech] Comments Not Showing

i have Technical Speech as my theme on http://utahdogs.com, and I cannot get the comments to display. I’m not sure why, the <?php comments_template(); ?> is in the right place, and shows the comment form. But the comments that have been left in any post do not display.
