[Plugin: Events Manager] Number of total available tickets of different categories

How do I set up a total of 40 tickets which could be adults or child at different prices, but a maximum of 40 in total?

As far as I can see, I have to specify fixed numbers of adult and child tickets, which is not flexible enough.
