When installing or upgrading to a new version of Wordpress, do any files or folders need to be chmodded? i know the index.php file should be set to 666, is there anything else? Thanks in advance.

Though there are many differing opinions on the topic at large, I think the Codex entry for Hardening_WordPress (specifically the file permissions section) has most of this covered.
