My plugin supports hierarchical custom post types, but it’s designed to show decedents of an item rather than listing out all items. It won’t do what you’re looking for.

I ended up modifying it in a proof of concept manner. And with maybe 12 lines have it running on custom post archive pages (if only wordpress would add those to the menu natively) but it’s no where close to wp easy.

I think it would be a great addition if you could add custom post archives and then select include all descendants… of the type. But it might just be me. (If there’s anything out there, let me know 🙂

Thanks for the awesome this-should-be-standard plugin. 🙂

I’d like to second the request for the ability to set an entire custom post-type as a menu unto itself (listing it’s items in the menu), or the ability to add a custom post type as the submenu items to a page, perhaps as an option.

The Pro version of Gecka Submenu does something similar.

    Hello,

does any one know that the plugin works with posts?
