This is a beautiful theme

That, to be honest, looks pretty close to the default theme that comes with WP. It woudn’t be hard to make, it’s a simple two-column thingy with a border.

There’s bound to be something out there that looks like that. It’s a very common layout. Click the Extend link up the top and follow the Themes links.
