Easing the use of custom fields

Do you know if there are any plugins that ease the way how the custom fields are displayed in the “New Post” page in the admin panel?
By easing, I mean that to add a value for an existing custom field I should not use the dropdown, but instead the custom fields be expanded.

I hope you understand what I’m talking about.
