I cannot obtain plugins,

    All i get is the error message with the message Could not create directory. /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/ I cannot figure it out? Can anyone point me to the solution, please?

    What are the folder permissions on /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins set to? You may need to set them as 755 or 777.

    Thanks for this reply, I’m sorry I missed it previously. I’m not exactly sure how to do so? I do not even remember being asked, through the install process. Do I set those permissions through my server filemanager? If those folder permissions are set in place, is there another step? Or should I be able to obtain plugins after? Thanks!
