Web Designer Disappears with WordPress Acess

Greetings Forum,

I am not sure if this in the right category but I couldn’t find one to fit it in.

I hired a web designer who designed my website with wordpress. He finished the site but has since disappeared.

My dilemma is that he didn’t give me admin access and I can’t access all the features. I am web savvy but very new to wordpress, hence the reason I hired someone to do my site.

Can the admin password be reset? I can prove domain & website ownership.

Any support would be greatly appreciated.
