    In my case, using both the browser uploader and the flash uploader this plugin causes the notable white screen of death people refer to in various forums regarding insert into post problems. sample here. Images will be uploaded but not inserted using the visual editor. editing with html is not a problem but is not pleasing to my client who is not versed in any html programming.

    Hi nudolio,

    I’m looking into your issue and trying to recreate it on one of my WordPress installations. Can you walk me through the steps where the error occurs?

    I’m under the impression that installing the plug-in itself seems to be interfering with media uploads, is that correct?

    When I tried using the plugin, after activation menu buttons from post editor disappeared. Tried it on two different installations with same result. I had visual editor disabled for one user so I enabled it and I was able to see the map quest button. Can you please provide a fix for that? Also it will be best if the plugin gets updated because it seems like it has not been updated for a while and people will stop trying it if they see that it has not been developed actively.

    Hi noumaan,
    We’ll be releasing a new update in the next couple of weeks. We’ve had very sporadic reports where the button has disappeared or not functioned, usually related to a conflict with another plugin or a theme. Would you mind sending me your WP version, active plugins and active theme to tools[at]mapquest[dot]com and I’ll try to recreate it on my end for our team to address?

    Hi noumaan,

    We were able to track down an issue in the tinyMCE editor integration and I’ve uploaded version 1.0.4 to the WordPress repository.

    Hopefully that fixes your issues in the menu!
